The register consists of customers as well as potential customers.

3. PURPOSE OF THE USE OF PERSONAL DATA

Grounds for keeping the register:

  • Personal information is processed on the basis of the customer relationship
  • Personal information is processed on the basis of a potential customer relationship

Purpose of the processing of personal data and the register

Personal data will only be processed for pre-defined purposes, which are as follows:

  • customer relationship management
  • telling about our services
  • maintenance of the agreed service

The customer register contains the following information:

5. RIGHTS OF THE REGISTERED

The registrant has the following rights, which requests for the use of them must be made to info@mervipakolahorseacademy.com.

Right of inspection

The registered can check the personal data we have stored.

Right to correction of the information

The registered may request the correction of incorrect or incomplete information concerning her/him.

Right to object

The registered may object to the processing of personal data if he or she feels that the personal data has been processed unlawfully.

Prohibition of direct marketing

The registered has the right to prohibit the use of the data for direct marketing.

Right of removal

The registered has the right to request the deletion of data if it is not necessary to process the data. We will process the deletion request, after which we will either delete the data or provide a valid reason why the data cannot be deleted.

It should be noted that the controller may have a statutory or other right not to delete the requested information. The registrar is obliged to keep the accounting material in accordance with the period (10 years) specified in the Accounting Act (Chapter 2, Section 10). Therefore, accounting material cannot be deleted before the deadline.

Withdrawal of consent

If the processing of personal data concerning the data subject is based only on consent and not e.g. membership or membership, the data subject may withdraw consent.

The data subject may appeal against the decision to the Data Protection Officer.

The data subject has the right to demand that we therefore limit the processing of the disputed data until the matter can be resolved.

Right of appeal

The data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Officer if he or she feels that we are in breach of the applicable data protection legislation when processing personal data.

6. REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION

Customer information is obtained usually:

  • from the customer himself when the customer relationship arises
  • from the customer himself/herself via the online form
  • from the customer herself through a request for quotation or other contact

7. REGULAR DATA RELEASES

As a general rule, the information will not be disclosed for marketing purposes outside of Horse & Power Training.

We have ensured that all of our service providers comply with data protection laws.

8.DURATION OF PROCESSING

  • As a general rule, personal data is processed for as long as the customer relationship is valid
  • The registrant can unsubscribe from our marketing list via the link in each of our marketing emails.

9. PROCESSORS OF PERSONAL DATA

The customer register is handled by Horse & Power Training employees and an accounting firm.

The controller and her staff process personal data. We may also partially outsource the processing of personal data to a third party, in which case we guarantee through contractual arrangements that the personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection legislation and otherwise in an appropriate manner.

10. TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

As a general rule, personal data will not be transferred outside the EU or the European Economic Area.

11. COOKIES AND BROWSING TRACKING

We may collect information about a user’s terminal device through cookies and other similar technologies, such as the browser’s local data warehouse. A cookie is a small text file that a browser stores on a user’s terminal. Cookies often contain an anonymous, unique identifier that allows us to identify and count the browsers that visit our site.

12. PRINCIPLES OF PROTECTION OF THE REGISTER

The register data shall be stored in electronic form, except for the data for which a written agreement has been concluded. The register is stored in an electronic accounting service and possibly partly on the company’s computer.
Only persons authorized by Horse & Power Training have the right to process the register and maintain its data. Every user is bound by professional secrecy.

13. AUTOMATIC DECISION MAKING AND PROFILING

We do not use the information for automatic decision making or profiling.
